Our classes will be open to 8 people that will train together for 6 weeks. Keeping the team Small allows our trainers to offer individual attention, guidance, motivation and support to gain better results, while offering camaraderie and support for your teammates.

Program Goals

Results-based. Focus on movement form over pace. Challenge you to push a little harder to exceed limits and gain strength (every movement is scalable to the athlete's ability). Every workout is varied. Camaraderie and accountability from the team helps you exceed limits.

Team Training Programs

HRSC TEAM METABOLIC high intensity, multi-functional, multi-directional training is designed to build both your aerobic & anaerobic capacity along with strength. This will allow you to burn maximum calories to create a stronger, learner you. Small class to give you personalized attention & instruction.

HRSC TEAM BIKE is a high-intensity class that brings both elements of power based interval training paired with strength & endurance training "OFF-BIKE" to help you build power, speed, & endurance. Our program is designed to help you ride stronger &faster throughout the year

  • SPINNER CHRONO BIKES with direct power creates the most accurate & reliable read out of Watts.
  • QUEENAX functional training rig, kettlebells, dumbbells, wall balls, slam balls, plyometric boxes & body weight.
  • Watt testing is conducted at the beginning of each new cycle; intervals are designed around your watts for a PERSONALIZED INTERVAL SESSION.
  • Based on a 6-WEEK CYCLE in which movements, load, & intensity are constantly varied to allow for new muscular adaptations.

HRSC TEAM HIGH SCHOOL is a class that is centered around strength, conditioning & mobility, to bring you an overall approach to your daily fitness. TEAM HIGH SCHOOL WORKOUTS incorporate interval training so that you build both your aerobic & anaerobic conditioning.

HRSC TEAM TENNIS goals are speed, agility, & strength, which are key factors to playing a strong, competitive game of tennis. This class will focus on keeping your body strong & healthy as a way to protect against injuries. Classes designed for all ages & ability. Join the fun.
