SUPER
CIRCUIT - MONDAY, WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY AT 9:00
AM
Did you know that at least 20 seniors join the Super Circuit class
each Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9:00am? This class starts with
a warm-up in the gymnasium and proceeds to the weight room. Susan
and Jennifer offer a varied program of strength training using weights
and equipment. They will help wherever personal assistance is needed.
At the end of class...lots of socializing with a complimentary cup
of coffee!
