The Hood River Sports Club offers Group Fitness for every one! We offer classes designed for the first time exerciser to the serious athlete. Check our monthly schedule or ask an instructor for the class that best suits your needs.  CYCLE, AB LAB, STRENGTH CONDITIONING, STEP, POWER CARDIO, PILATES, YOGA, AND MORE!

CLASS TIPS:

SUPER CIRCUIT  -   MONDAY, WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY AT 9:00 AM

Did you know that at least 20 seniors join the Super Circuit class each Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9:00am? This class starts with a warm-up in the gymnasium and proceeds to the weight room. Susan and Jennifer offer a varied program of strength training using weights and equipment. They will help wherever personal assistance is needed.
